On October 27th, 9 members of the JDOST accepted the invitation from Fast and Vintage to a rally training session and a short trip to the Vienna Woods.

Strengthened by coffee and cake, all participants were able to complete a light barrier training session from 9:00 to 11:30, which was offered and supervised by Gerhard Riedl and Fritz Jirowsky. After more or fewer laps (depending on the motivation of the driver) through the set-up track with 3 light barriers, everyone was given a road book at around 11:45 and the participants set off on the approximately 50km route to the Schuberthütte. There, in the bright sunshine, there were grilled sausages and drinks to fortify them. After many conversations and exchanging experiences with other participants, we ended this trip at around 3:00 p.m.
